How to backup/restore website files, emails and other settings?

a similar text as written below. As soo as the backup is complete the server will email you to download the file from cpanel. Its the best way to backup since it has the entire snapshot of your website. Please remember to have free space in your account or your mails would bounce till you remove this file.
