Absolutely! Our backups are for catastrophic server events and do not restore individual websites. Even though high security in place, there is always a small chance for data loss on any account. Therefore, we recommend that our customers take every effort to keep and up to date copy of their web site locally.

The control panel has a very simple to use facility to initiate backup. The server will zip the entire folder structure reducing the file size by 90% and let you download the copy to your local hard drive.
