If you are planning to change the name servers to point your website to any of our servers you must have recieved the details in the setup email.

You need to do so not from your webhosting control panel but from the control panel of your domain registration provider.

Some people say it take 48 hours to start resolving. Its all crap they just demonstrate their half knowledge.

Before you change name servers you need to ask your present hosting company to reduce the TTL time to 10 minutes (600 ) seconds.
