What will happend in a hypothetical scenario of you go out of business ?

Your domain contract is not with us but directly with the TLD managing company. Even if we go out of business you still own the domain and can continue to mange it. You can chose to shift to another registrar if you chose. Our permission is not required for it provided the domain has not expired.
